But ever wondered what it means or if it’s actually true? And if it is true, does it mean you can change your thoughts to change your reality? Can something so simple be the solution to more happiness and less stress?

Prepare to have your mind blown! Join Andreea for a workshop on the power of thought to learn:

  • How your thoughts impact the results you create in your life
  • How to use your thoughts to improve every area of your life and reach your goals
  • How journaling can be the easiest tool to reprogram your mind, create a better future but also heal the past
  • How to smash limiting beliefs that keep you stuck

We’ll start with a short meditation and then we’ll explore plenty of examples to see how you can use your most important resource, your brain, to achieve anything you want.

All you need is pen and paper if you want to take notes. The workshop is 1h plus time for Q&A. ”
