Useful Information for Online Classes

How do I pay for my classes?
Memberships: Classes are paid for monthly in advance on the 1st of the month via a recurring card payment. A pro-rated payment is taken when you first join.
Passes: Passes are paid for on the date of purchase and start from the first date of use. These are one-off purchases that can be renewed.
What are the different membership options available?
You choose the Membership that suits you - 3 or 12 months. The Membership is a rolling contract. The 3 month membership continues to renew on a 3 month basis. At the end of 12 month contract it continues on a monthly basis. Prior to then end of a 3 or 12 month contract you can cancel with 10 days notice. A monthly rolling contract needs 30 days notice to cancel from the payment date.
Can I cancel a contract early?
At The Space 2 Be we understand that sometimes people's circumstances change, so we will accommodate requests for early cancellation when the reasons are considered valid as special circumstances.
While we do our best to accommodate other customer requests, we are also a business and have some systems in place which we rely on to operate and serve our customers. This includes having reasonable notice of cancellations.
Please appreciate that we will not be able to guarantee early cancellation of memberships prior to their minimum term except in special circumstances such as Redundancy, Relocation (of 10 or more miles away) and your Illness preventing you from exercising. We will ask for evidence of these circumstances. If your circumstances fall outside of these reasons and you wish to cancel early and feel your circumstances are extenuating please provide details on the cancellation form detailing the reason for cancellation. We will consider your request on an ex-gratia basis but it cannot be guaranteed.
Are there any other options and can I just pay for individual classes?
If you enjoyed the free class and want to try a few more classes first you may prefer the option of a one-off payment with a Class Pass. This may also suit you if you intend to have casual practice of less than one class a week.
Membership options are much better value. From our experience it is those customers who come to regular classes (at least once a week) that progress more quickly towards their goals and get the most benefits from the classes. This is why we encourage you to join one of our Membership options. You also receive many different benefits of Membership, including discounts off workshops and courses, access to our on-line videos and priority booking up to 3 months in advance.
Can I do any class I want each week or month?
Yes, you have access to all hourly classes on the timetable (subject to availability) and you get a monthly allowance of classes and can choose how to use them during that month. There is a 6 hour cancellation notice policy for pre-booked classes, if you cancel within that time, you will receive a credit to book into an alternative class for that month.
All bookings are on a self-serve basis via our on-line booking system Team Up.
What if I am away or I can’t make a class?
Don’t worry, all of our current Memberships give you a monthly allowance of classes. If you still can't fit in your classes there is an additional holiday allowance. You can request extra classes to make up for the ones you missed up to 4 times a year. You also get 2 emergency days a year. So if something happens and you can’t cancel within the 6 hours, you just need to let us know within 24 hours and we will give you a credit to book an alternative class.
I have joined, what happens next?
Once we have set up your Membership or Pass, we will send you a welcome email. This gives details of the Membership or Pass you have chosen, with information regarding our online booking system and how to book your classes. You will also receive a link from the booking system to set up your username and password if you haven’t already done so, then you can access the system and book your classes. You will also be prompted to read and sign any outstanding waivers including our client agreement Terms and Conditions with our Cancellation Policy.
