After stepping into his first yoga class over 6 years ago, practicing yoga and meditation has become a pivotal part of his life, both on and off the mat.
Jonathan has a unique way of reading between the lines and creates hatha style classes that are filled with creativity, grace and elegance. His practice emphasises on alignment, flexibility and balance, complemented by core strength.
He takes one step at a time, working from the ground up, incorporating the elements and the chakras to guide students through a journey of self-discovery and spiritual development.
