Yoga done at a slightly faster pace, good for beginners who want to progress from Hatha yoga or students with previous yoga experience but want a more dynamic class than Hatha. Recommended for those with no or minor restrictive health issues.
A progressive practice of alignment based poses, for those that want to tone the body but are new to the practice. These classes focus on building, strength and stability through the foundations of the postures at a controlled pace. You will leave the class feeling energised and restored.
