Suitable for those with experience. Dynamic (continuous movement) based on classical Pilates suitable for those with Pilates experience. Pilates is particularly recommended for joint and back pain helping to strengthen the muscles to help mobility. It is also helpful for toning the core abdominal muscles and pelvic floor to support and improve posture. You will leave the class feeling taller with better posture and you will definitely have found your core and other muscles you didn’t know you had.
