Gentle Yoga/Yoga based on Hatha Yoga with some gentle holding poses suitable for beginners and those with mild/moderate restrictive health and mobility issues

An explorative practice focusing on breathwork and alignment using props to explore the postures in more depth. A good balance between strengthening, flexibility and mindfulness where you will learn relaxation techniques you can use in your day to day life. You will go away feeling refreshed and calm.
