Meditation Class

A short, 20 to 30 minutes class, focused on calming the mind. All sessions are guided, and can be simple breathing, mindfulness exercises, visualisation, or themed meditations (calm, focus, confidence, etc.)

Either lying down and sitting on the floor or on a chair, you won’t need any props or special wear.
