Useful Information

I’ve never been to a Yoga or Pilates class before. Am I still able to come?
Yes you can. We have beginners classes available and we make sure the exercises are suitable for your level of ability. Any class that is not described as 'Plus' is suitable. Please also check our courses page as we run regular courses for complete beginners. Please refer to the description of the classes given underneath the Timetable page.
Do I need to bring anything to my Yoga/Pilates class and what should I wear?
We have mats, blocks, belts, eye pillows and blankets for Yoga and soft balls, bands(non latex) and light hand weights for Pilates at the studio, but you are welcome to bring your own mats and any other equipment you need. It is advisable to wear loose, comfortable clothing and to bring a bottle of water with you.
Is there anything I need to do to prepare for my class?
Please do not eat a heavy meal for 2 hours before the class. A light snack is ok. It would be a good idea to arrive 5 minutes early for the class in order to get booked in and ready to start. If it is your first visit to the studio please arrive 10 minutes early for your class. You should already have registered on our on line booking system and completed the health questions and waivers. Also, please note that you must take off your shoes and turn off your mobile phone before entering the studio.
Can I come to the classes if I'm pregnant?
If you have never done any Yoga or Pilates before, we would recommend a specialist pregnancy class. We are running a 5-Week Pregnancy Yoga Course at the studio which starts on Monday 9th October 2017. Please follow the link or contact us for more details.
How do I book on to a class?
Please choose the program you require by looking at the Timetable page and follow the link to register on our on line booking system where you can sign up for a program. As an existing member you just need to log in and use your existing membership and book classes. Don't worry if you can't do the same class(es) each week the booking system is flexible and you can book any available class to suit you. If you are new customer you may request a complimentary class for FREE. Please email us with your request or request a FREE complimentary class from our home page. You can email any questions via the Contact page.
If I sign up for a programme am I tied into a contract?
We offer 4, 6 and 12 month programs to suit you depending on your goals and level of commitment. These are rolling contracts and automatically renew under the same terms. If you wish to cancel or amend your program you just need to give 10 days notice prior to end date of the program so your request can be actioned.
We also offer a money back guarantee, If at the end of the first full month you are not completely satisfied, providing you have attended all sessions and followed all recommendations, you will be entitled to a full refund. You must submit your request for a refund within 7 days of the end of your first full month.
What if I go on holiday?
If you are going on holiday you can request extra classes to make up for the sessions you miss up to 4 weeks a year . Just cancel the classes you can't attend and email with your request. You must give at least 8 hours notice to cancel. Rescheduled sessions can be taken in addition to the regular classes attended, are subject to availability and you have up to 6 weeks to take them. Unused classes cannot be carried over. You also get 2 emergency classes per year for classes you are unable to attend outside of your control.
What happens if I can't make my regular class?
If you are unable to make your regular class as long as you give the booking system at least 8 hours notice to cancel you will get a credit to book another class during that same week Monday-Sunday. This will be subject to availability and applies to classes only not courses.
